Happy Anniversary to B&B! Giveaway: Keurig Platinum Brewer
This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to Kim C.! Kim, welcome to the world of full on coffee addiction. It's fun here. 🙂
Let's continue the party, shall we?
It takes about five seconds of reading on B&B to know that I'm a bit of a coffee addict. Specifically a Green Mountain Coffee addict. In fact, I'm drinking a cup of Vermont Country Blend as I type this.
You may not know this about me, but look up a definition of clumsy in the dictionary, you'll see my picture. It's a family trait inherited from my dad. So deciding on a whim to spend that freezing, snowy afternoon with Kristen from GMC in the Green Mountain Coffee shop, instead of breaking my neck while attempting to join my husband in ski lessons was probably one of my better decisions.
Impressed by Green Mountain Coffee's dedication to their growers (there's an entire museum about the process in that train station), and by Kristen's genuine love for her job and Vermont, I started writing about GMC after that visit. My first post is titled Vermontitude, a word coined by Kristen.
Since that time, I've had the privilege to become a Keurig K-Cup Ambassador, and the official recipe developer for Green Mountain Coffee's blog. It should be noted though, that James and I bought our first Keurig, and we're avid Cafe Express members. We buy at least $50 in coffee a month, and we would be loyal GMC customers no matter what.

Next to my Le Creuset French Oven, our Keurig is probably the most used tool in our kitchen. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate - we looooove the hot drinks. Luckily, our Keurig makes all of these!
Thank you, each of you, for being with Bluebonnets & Brownies along the way. And thank you to Green Mountain Coffee for creating a fabulous anniversary package for me to give away.

I love coffee. Hot, cold in the morning or in the evening, it's the best! Congrats on the 4th anniversary!
I am currently baking a cake. It took me a while to find the pieces to my spring form pans - this is the downside to having boys in the house. Apparently, they think of the round pans and lids as shields and all my wooden spoons as swords. Hoping that the peaches, in the meantime, didn't get too tender on the stove.
