Shortbread
Chewy Caramel Shortbread Bars are crazy, ridiculous, over-the-top good. You have to make them immediately! I make no secret of my love for all things Disney. When you’ve worked for the Mouse, you either form an intense, life-long bond, or never want to set foot on Disney property again. I fall in the first camp, …
If you know me in person, it’s no secret that I have a serious snack addiction. I have a sweet tooth too, I think that much is obvious if you read my blog, but nine times out of ten, if you offer me salty potato chips or a bowl of ice cream, I’m going to …

When it comes to shortbread, I’m a purest. I don’t really pander to things IN it other than butter, sugar, flour and salt. I don’t even like it dipped in chocolate. I’m weird, I know. But there’s just something reverent in those 4 ingredients that come together into a perfect, crisp, buttery biscuit that I would choose over a chocolate chip cookie every time.
