Fair Trade Chocolate and Cranberry Muffins

We’re getting down to the wire now, folks. Less than 7 days before Christmas! I’ve been thinking we need a solidly delicious muffin recipe for Christmas morning. How about some Fair Trade Chocolate and Cranberry muffins?

I decided to pop in with this great recipe for Christmas morning that uses lots of delicious Fair Trade Certified ingredients because when you can buy Fair Trade, it helps everyone! Consider making the commitment to buy Fair Trade gifts this year.

It’s no secret that I love a cranberry muffin. It is pretty much my favorite kind of muffin to make, and I currently have over 9 pounds of cranberries hanging out in my freezer so I can make them all year round. These cranberry muffins, however, are extra special because they’re made with Fair Trade Moscobado Sugar, Fair Trade Chocolate, and a whole lotta fresh nutmeg.

I think you’ll really like how the deep notes in the sugar pair with bittersweet chocolate and bright cranberries, and I bet you’ll like it even more if you can sip a cup of Green Mountain Fair Trade Spicy Eggnog Coffee while you do it.

These muffins look yummy! Of course, they’ll go great with my Green Mountain Breakfast Blend! Thanks for hosting the giveaway and the discount so I can stock up! :)

I love cranberry muffins. They’re my all-time favorite. I don’t make them often because the hubs doesn’t like cranberries. In fact he has deemed cranberries “not a real food.” True story. I may just have to make these and tell him to suck it up. ;) Thanks for the recipe and the giveaway!

I love cranberry muffins! And was actually searching for a recipe for a corn muffin with cranberries and walnuts I saw awhile back (should have bookmarked it) but this recipe sounds delicious! That is a neat looking K-cup holder!!

Great muffins to have on hand for company. I could use a k-cup organizer. Right now I have them in a small basket. Great discount offer to buy coffee. I’m very well stocked right now, but I know you’ll have this offer again. Wink Wink. :)

I mostly only eat cranberries around the holidays and my preferred dried fruit is currents, but this recipe looks great. I don’t know how I would survive without my keurig but my kcups are perpetually disorganized.

    Those muffins look delicious!

My sister has a Keurig brewer and her K cups are a mess; I’d love to give this to her.

It’s no secret how much I like muffins although I haven’t made some in a little while now. These sound fantastic! Cranberries and chocolate are a favorite combination of mine so these muffins will definitely be made in my house. Scrumptious! Xoxo

Nine pounds of cranberries–Wow, you’re set! Muffins are one of my favorite things to bake (and eat), and these look yummy.

I love my Keurig and would also love to win this handy-dandy K-cup organizer. Thanks!

We got a Keurig for my in-laws, and this would be a cool add-on to give them for Easter or a birthday.
